CHRISTMAS HAMPER DISTRIBUTION

Spreading the Love and Light of Christ This Christmas
At Solid Rock Church, we believe Christmas is a time for giving, joy, and compassion. Through our Christmas Hamper Distribution, we extend the love of Jesus to families, individuals, and students across Derby who may be facing hardship during the festive season.

What Is the Christmas Hamper?

Each hamper is a carefully packed gift box filled with festive essentials and thoughtful items such as:

  • Non-perishable food and drinks
  • Treats and Christmas goodies
  • Toiletries and household items
  • Gifts for children (where applicable)
  • A Christmas card with a message of hope
Who Can Receive a Hamper?

Our hampers are intended for:

  • Low-income families
  • Isolated elderly persons
  • Refugees or asylum seekers
  • University students away from home
  • Anyone experiencing financial or emotional strain during Christmas
Collection or Delivery

Date: Saturday, December [Date will be communicated to registered individuals]
Location: Solid Rock Church, Derby City Centre
Time: 12:00 NOON – 2:00 PM
Delivery is available for vulnerable individuals with Council recommendation & evidence.

How You Can Get Involved
  • Sponsor a Hamper (£25)
  • Donate Goods (non-perishables, Christmas items, toiletries)
  • Volunteer to pack or deliver hampers
  • Pray for the families we’ll reach this Christmas
