NEW BUILDING PROJECT APPEAL

Greetings in Jesus’ Name.

In the past three years, the Lord has been faithful to us in RCCG Solid Rock Parish Derby, that each year our attendance has consistently doubled. Our current place of worship has become so small that congregants have to stay in a Marquee as our second overflow and in January this year, the Marquee was full and we had to use tents to accommodate people. This situation has discouraged too many of our members from coming to Church on Sundays to worship.

We have seen few places, but funding has been an issue for us to be able to acquire our new place of worship. This is an appeal to you for financial support towards the acquisition of a bigger place of worship, as the LORD gives the grace. Some of our members have generously pledged various amount towards this Building project and more, as a testament to God’s faithfulness.

The New place of worship will cost about £650k and so far, we have both cash and pledges totalling £150k and a Bank loan approval in principle of £300k we require £200k balance to enable us acquire the building. We are looking to acquire the property before June of this year.

We will be grateful to receive your contribution towards this venture. Your contribution can either be a one-off payment or a monthly standing order, if you desire to give more but don’t have the full sum now. Below are the various methods you can use to give:
